Capitol Hill Condos

Known for its alternative culture scene, Capitol Hill, WA, is one of the larger residential areas in the city. In fact, it's often divided up into smaller neighborhoods, the largest of which include the Pike-Pine corridor, Miller Park and Stevens. The definition of the area tends to differ depending on who you ask, but the general borders are I-5 to the west, Interlaken Boulevard and Interlaken Park to the north, 24th Avenue to the east and Madison Street and Pike to the south. There are a number of options to get in and out of Capitol Hill along I-5. It's also possible to get in from Bellevue over the SR 520 toll bridge over Lake Washington. The neighborhood borders several other notable places in the city: Eastlake, First Hill and Cascade, for example. (read more about living in Capitol Hill)
