181 Fremont Condos Tour

Join us as we take you on a photo tour of one of San Francisco's most anticipated high-rises addresses:  181 Fremont.  The building is a mixed-use tower that has offices on the first 50 floors.  Looking up at the exterior of the building you can see the observation terrace on the 52nd floor which is the divide between the offices and the residences.  From there up the building is made up of 55 condominium homes.

181 Fremont Exterior

181 Fremont is in one of the best locations in the city.  Just outside your door you'll find SF's new Salesforce Transit Center and Park, a four block-elevated park with trees and lawns. There's an almost endless list of restaurants, bars and venues within walking distance including the SF MOMA, Rincon Park, the Ferry Building and more.

About 181 Fremont

When we enter 181 Fremont we'll use the exclusive entrance and lobby for the Residences.  The lobby, like the rest of the building, has been meticulously designed and furnished.  It's a relaxing respite from the city as soon as you walk through the door.  The lobby is staffed and has security as well.  Once past security we'll enter the elevator lobby. 181 Fremont is the first residential high-rise in the country to include safe Evacuation Elevators that can be used even in the case of an emergency.  Other safety features at 181 Fremont include a state-of-the-art exoskeleton that is drilled 260' feet into the bedrock below the surface - the deepest of any SF building.

The Amenities at 181 Fremont

Before going to a condo, let's stop off first at the 52nd floor amenity deck.  When you live in a high-rise condo the community areas are like an extension of your condo, and 181 Fremont is among the best in the city.  Enjoy views from every direction from the outdoor SkyDeck that wraps around the building:

There are so many living areas, meeting rooms and cozy nooks on this floor that it's hard to believe it was all designed for only 55 fortunate residents.  You'll also find a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with a yoga room.  Having this much space is truly one of the most luxurious features of 181 Fremont, and something you won't find in any other SF high-rise.

The Residences at 181 Fremont

Now that we've explored where the building is and the amenities available to you, let's take an elevator up to a residence.  Every smallest detail at 181 Fremont has been designed and engineered to convey quality.  Even pressing the button to summon an elevator has a different feel than any other we've seen.  The lighting, the door hardware, the wall coverings... everything was specifically designed and placed by Orlando Diaz-Azcuy.  The entry doors are from New Guinea, the hardware designed in Paris. When you visit 181 Fremont, you have to take a moment to notice the details.Hallway at 181 Fremont
