im interested in buying or renting at smart corners. Is it a nice living area or is it noisy due to the trolley?

Hi Ernie - Smart Corner is along the north east side of downtown and consists of two building: the commercial side and the residential side. They moved the trolley line to go between the two towers when it was built. It's great if you don't drive, or will be using the trolley often.
