Where do residents/condo owners in the Orpheum Lofts building park?? There are no parking spaces included in the listings and there is not a parking garage, covered or otherwise, that is a part of the building. ? If there are parking garages in the very near vacinity, who are they? How much is parking in those lots/garages? And how do I contact them to discuss terms and pricing?

Hello Tim,
Thank you for reaching out, that is one of the oddities about this community. There is a parking "lot" just west of the building, that if the unit is earmarked for a spot, you'd have one there. Otherwise, there is no on site parking, no underground parking (Like most high rise communities in the Phoenix Area).

The options are off site parking, from what Glen has told me (on site concierge) most residents pay $100 per month to park in the parking structure across the street.

Any other questions, happy to answer! Have a GREAT Day and Happy Holidays!
