The prestigious Pacific Park Plaza is Emeryville's premiere high-rise condominium tower. This 30-story tower was built in 1984 and houses 585 condominium homes. Residents here enjoy resort-like amenities including a heated pool, spa, garage parking, fitness center and 24-hour security. This is the only high-rise option in Emeryville. Most units have sweeping views of either the San Francisco Bay or down town Oakland/Hills. Not to be missed by any buyer desirous of the highrise living experience.

Would like to get information about the cindis, views, HOA....
Dear Poopak: I have written to you directly and would love to help out. All the condos are 1 and 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 baths (some have a den; some have partial baths). The building is a well-cared-for 1984 building with reasonable HOA dues for the amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, 24-hr security, more) in the 400s and 500s defined by unit size. Views completely depend on the floor (how high up) and the building location (I think at least 20 units per floor, so which side each one faces). The condition will vary a lot too, as some are still original 1984 sexy vintage--heh--and some are updated with a universal/classic taste, and some are updated more to a specific taste that's a harder sell to a wide appeal. I sometimes know of coming-soons there and off-market opportunities, so please do stay in touch. I can help you with this as well as other buildings of interest. This one is interesting because it's the only one of its height in all the area--very different than the cluster of high rises in South Beach/Rincon Hill, where some have views obstructed by other buildings.
