Marco Island Condo Living

Since it's completely separated from the mainland, albeit by rather narrow waterways, there are limited ways to access the town. Both major roads feed in from Highway 41, which itself runs north through Fort Myers to Tampa and east to Miami through the Everglades. For the more nautically minded, the town is well-served by its yacht club and marinas. Private charter services land in the Marco Island airport a few minutes outside of town. The Naples airport may also be a good choice for those who are flying directly into the area.

People living in this secluded, luxurious enclave for the feeling of getting away from it all. Also, many of the residents share a love of golf, yachting and nature adventure. The population soars during good weather, but there are still many people who love the setting so much that they decide to make Marco Island their year-round residence. As far as residences go, Collier Boulevard has some of the more exclusive addresses — especially those at the southwestern tip of the island. Marco Island is famous for its panoramic view, towers with unbroken views of the waterfront give it that reputation. Add these natural amenities to the host of services and facilities offered by many buildings, such as pools, fitness centers and concierge services, and the result is often quite luxurious.
