The Remington is one of the newer buildings on the corridor, being built in 2000. It is on the North side of Wilshire and on the far West of the Corridor giving it some of the best views from either side. It has 93 units and stands 24 stories. Each unit has private elevator access (only three existing buildings offer this feature). It is, of course, a full-service building with a pool, gym and lobby that features a library on the ground floor. It is built on rollers and is one of the closest buildings to Westwood Village, literally a short walk away. The units vary in size from large two bedrooms and up. The price point is high, but there are usually available units. This is the best buy for a top 10 (maybe top 5) building.
