How is pest control? Regularly scheduled, or call when complaints are registered? Is there a weight training room to work out in? What utilities are covered under the rent or lease contract. Are there utility broken down avgs per month. Gas $ per month, Electric $ per month, Water $ per month. is there any HOA, (Home Owners Association) dues, or regulations? What are the parking fees and are they included in the monthly lease/rent? Is it covered parking? How much per spot? Do you charge a fee for having a 20lb dog? If so, how much. Is there an elevator in the building? Thanks in advance.
