Can you please tell me what the annual HOA fees are in this building. I am asking in response to the listing of #508. Thank you.

Hi Ilene. The HOA for unit #508 is $731 a month and that covers Cable TV, Community Pool, Concierge, Exterior Maintenance w/ Roof, Heat, Insurance, Internet, Sewer, Trash Removal, Water.
