It's a big city out there

Monarch Mills is a community of active members who are city lovers. Located on 15th and Delgany in downtown Denver you can't get much better location wise. With the recent upswing in the market this area is growing fast, this corner now has its own street light, sits next the Museum of Contemporary Art and will soon be neighbored by a new apartment complex developed by Opus. The RTD light rail runs just behind the building and the new Union Station stop is one block away, just next to the DaVita headquarters. As you head out the door you are invited to the Platte Street area for a slice of pizza or enjoy a beer at the Denver Beer Company, Riverfront Park for some frisbee, Confluence Park for some kayaking, take a bike ride to Cherry Creek, a walk to 16th Street Mall for shopping, head anywhere downtown for a bite to eat, take a short bike ride to Civic Center Park to enjoy a festival or head into LoHi for the Farmer's Market on Saturdays in the summer. Any way you turn you can't go wrong. And don't forget the summer fireworks display from Elitch Gardens. The city just calls your name from this location.

Bask in the surroundings, without getting in the car

Why drive if you can walk, bike, bus or take the light rail? If you work outside Downtown chances are likely you can get there from here. Access to several forms of transportation is just outside the front door but it you must drive, you can do it easily. Located on 15th street you can often avoid traffic in several directions and easily gain access to I-25 without frustration. The new location of Union Station offers bus and light rail access to anything your heart desires throughout Denver and beyond. Coors Field is walking distance but pedi-cabs are plentiful and are easily found at Union Station or riding down most city streets and when the winter deters you from walking, you can now take the light rail to Mile High Stadium to watch your favorite team without getting too cold. Enjoy the ease of downtown living without the hassle of downtown driving.
