Jack Kerouac Lofts

About Jack Kerouac Lofts

The Jack Kerouac Lofts carry a very famous name of a highly respected literary writer of the 20th Century; if you aren't familiar with his work perhaps the title "On the Road" will ring a bell? Regardless, these lofts certainly do justice to his name which are open, spacious lofts complimented with sunlight, huge windows, balconies and hardwood floors in lofted units.

Jack Kerouac Lofts is in a bustling and quickly growing community which is currently home to Inca 29 Townhomes, Ajax Lofts, The Metro luxury apartments, Skye 2905 apartments and will soon be home to two new apartment buildings between Ajax and Huron Streets, a smaller complex of condos next to Inca 29 on 29th Ave. and additional apartments in an old Rockies parking area just off Delgany. You can get off of I-25 and head home without ever going into LoDo , cross 20th Street and be in the newly developing Union Station area on Chestnut Place where a grocery store is expected in addition to luxury apartments and shopping or walk into LoDo to find anything your heart desires, including Coors Field for a Rockies game. Enjoy delicious restaurants such as Vesta Dipping Grill or The Kitchen without spending a dime on parking or a cab or head into Riverfront Park and enjoy Zengo or happy hour at McGloughlins. New to the area! What are the floors like in this building? Are there lofts on the first floor?

David Jensen - Nov 24th, 2015

Is the Jack Kerouac Lofts accepting Section 8 vouchers at this time? If you are not would you please direct me to a few other properties within the downtown area and/or else where that are accepting Section 8 vouchers. Preferably properties that are rent based. Thank you. David Jensen.

Hi David. Unfortunately we don't work on the rental side so not sure if I can be a lot of help. The city has an affordable housing division so I would recommend contacting them about section 8. http://www.denverhousing.org/AffordableHousing/Pages/default.aspx

Hi Lyndsay. The floors in this building are mostly hardwood with some stained concrete mixed in. There are lofts on the first floor but it's been years since any came on the market. Any further questions? It's a great building.
