About Art House Townhomes

Built in 2006, many of these town homes were used as rentals during the Democratic National Convention. Developed by Continuum Partners these homes were built with luxury in mind: hard wood floors throughout, floor to ceiling windows, multilevels with bedrooms on different floors, and large open kitchens with granite counter tops. There are 13 units in the community, one occupied by the developer with over 6000 square feet which is aesthetically linked to the MCA while others vary in size from almost 4000 to 1400 square feet with varying floor plans ranging from two to four bedrooms. Four units sit along 15th street with private garages and parking while the other 9 share the common garage and individual space in the back courtyard. The beauty of this development is not only its modern architecture and fabulous design but the location is near perfect for a city dweller. Offering walking access to Riverfront Park, The Highlands and Downtown the community is hard to beat for townhome living.
