Ponce Inlet Condo Living

Ponce Inlet does have a rather notable claim to fame for such a secluded community. It is home to a museum featuring the tallest lighthouse in Florida, the Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, and one of the best-preserved light stations in the entire country. Visitors can climb to the top of the tower and take in the surroundings, which include the Smyrna Dunes Park across the mouth of the inlet, the expanse of the Atlantic and the small islands looking inland. For a more hands-on experience of nautical life, both the ocean and the inland waterways provide endless opportunities for exploration, fishing, water sports and any other type of aquatic activities. There are a number of public and private boating clubs on the calm waters of the Halifax River, and some properties have their own private boathouses or docks. On the ocean side of the island, there are villas, condominium towers and vacation properties catering to nearly every taste. A number of shops and restaurants serve both visitors and residents, but the main commercial areas are near the Dunlawton Bridge in downtown Daytona Beach Shores and Port Orange.

People love living in Ponce Inlet because of how easy it is to connect with nature. It's large enough to have all of the modern conveniences, but not so big that it ever really feels hurried or crowded. There are a number of different options available, from full-amenity high-rise towers to homes with private pools. Take a look at what's available here, but also feel free to contact one of our in-town experts to get a personalized recommendation based on your unique requirements.
