SoCo Urban Lofts

About the Building

SoCo is an authentic loft building located in downtown Dallas, TX. Built in 1924, SoCo was once a warehouse and part of the Santa Fe Railroad Terminal.  The nearby Aloft Hotel is also part of the old Santa Fe complex.  In the 1990s the building was converted to apartments, and then in 2004 they were sold as loft condominiums. The area around this building is growing fast with new restaurants and bars opening close by.  Resident amenities include a fitness center and a rooftop pool.

Any units for lease/rent?

Emily Ray-Porter Group

Hi Chris,
We only show lease listings from the MLS on the building pages that are $3000+ and those don't really come up in SoCo. But if any units come up on Zillow they'll show up on this page:

Interested in avoiding capital gains by doing an exchange. Not due to close until next 4 months. But wanting to investigate what is or may be available this spring in soco or other similar style downtown area lofts.

How much are the HOA fees?
