Jake Lohser and The Lohser Group are the exclusive Cleveland partner agents for Highrises.com. While they can help with any of your real estate needs through the Greater Cleveland area, they are especially knowledgeable about the condo, loft and city home market and wrote all of the content on our site from the different building to the the pros and cons of different neighborhoods. For over a decade, Jake and his team have been the top real estate resource for condo buyers and sellers and truly put the client first. The real reason they're the Highrises partner team though is their passion for Cleveland and for helping their neighbors discover all the great things about living there.
Jake Lohser grew up in Cleveland Heights OH, graduating from Heights High in 1997 and moved to Boulder Colorado to earn his BS from The University of Colorado at Boulder. He moved back to his home town after college and got his real estate license in 2005.
He helped open the first Keller Williams office in downtown Cleveland and created the Lohser Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Greater Cleveland. Jake and his wife Sara live in Shaker Heights with their 4 Children.
Before becoming a downtown dweller, Morgan grew up in Shaker Heights and attended Laurel School. In 2014 she graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with a degree in Communications and English. With her sales background and passion for people (and houses!) becoming a Realtor was the next step in her career and fulfilling her dream of being a real estate agent.
After getting licensed, Morgan joined the Lohser Real Estate Group as a Buyer Specialist in August of 2016 and hit the ground running. When she is not selling houses or meeting with clients, Morgan loves to hang out with friends and pets Max and Lilly. Benjamin grew up in University Heights, OH and is now a 2nd year business major at Ohio University. I chose to get into real estate during college because it is an amazingly productive experience during my time off of school! It has allowed me to become a young professional with ambition and experience in the business world. I have found real estate to be a great fit for me!
Michael grew up in north east Ohio and spent several years living and working in Columbus after graduating in Finance from Kent State University. He moved back to CLE in 2008 to work for an international marketing and events company and spent his time traveling to North and South America planning automotive product launches.
He began his real estate career in 2013 and has always been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Michael is your expert for downtown and near west side living and development. In his spare time he is a working sculptor with a studio in Lakewood.
Erica is originally from Lakewood but is now an east sider and has lived in the Chagrin Falls area for many years. Erica is passionate about helping buyers and seller navigate through the sometimes challenging process of buying or selling a home. In her spare time Erica enjoys gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Whatever you want to call it, this is the area which is home to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, Case Western Reserve University, not to mention countless museums, centers for the arts, and a world renowned symphonic venue. This area is responsible for bringing a consistent flow of talented and highly educated individuals to the city year after year. Whether they are coming to learn, to heal or to teach, the past impact and projected upside to Cleveland's future, due to this area alone, is undeniable.
University Circle/Fairfax has begun to gain considerable momentum in the area of residential options in recent years, which had always been the one missing piece in the past. With the recent success of new construction such as Coltman 27 and Circle 118, more developments are sure to follow
This area is a 10 minute ride to downtown by car or by way of the new Euclid Corridor, dubbed "The Healthline." At the end of the Healthline you will find, among other things, downtown's Public Square and the new $400+ million dollar Medical Mart & Convention Center.
We see the combination of these two areas, University Circle/Fairfax and Downtown, being the east and west hub of job creation and population density moving forward. Trends would suggest that people are going green and long commutes are going to become a thing of the past.
The area this website will focus on is within a 30 minute drive from from University Circle/Fairfax or Downtown. We feature listings as far west as Westlake and as Far East as Willouby, as far south as Brecksville and as far north as...well Downtown.
