About Marina City

Built in 1964, Marina City Towers were the first urban post-war high-rise residential towers in the US.  Originally built as apartments, the buildings were converted to condominiums in 1977. These towers are widely recognized around the world and have been featured in many different forms of media throughout the years. There is an open-air roof deck on the 61st and top floors of the buildings.

Does anyone know anything about the boat slips for residents. I may be interested in a condo. Just wondered if it is possible to pull in to grab a jacket for instance if I was a resident.
Other buildings in area with this option? Thank you so much.

We MAY be looking for a condo in Marina City towards the end of this year. We are mostly interested in one that look east and west up the Chicago River. Studio or one bedroom would work.
Please send us any condo listings that look up and down the river. Thanks.
