Marina City

About Marina City

Built in 1964, Marina City Towers were the first urban post-war high-rise residential towers in the US.  Orginally built as apartments, the buildings were converted to condominiums in 1977. These towers are widely recognized around the world and have been featured in many different forms of media throughout the years. There is an open-air roof deck on the 61st and top floors of the buildings.

i'm wondering why you have to park back into the parking space instead of front in first.

I just moved into the building and would like to replace the window treatment. Anyone have some advice? I was leaning towards roller shades but would need exact measurements. Thanks.

Are there pets allowed in the building?

Does anyone know anything about the boat slips for residents. I may be interested in a condo. Just wondered if it is possible to pull in to grab a jacket for instance if I was a resident.
Other buildings in area with this option? Thank you so much.
