Spring Condos Market Report

Spring Condos don't come on the market as often as some of the other big Austin high-rises.  In 2016 there were 18 condos sold at Spring. The average closing price was $618,481 and the average sold price per square foot was $595.30. That represents a 1.5% increase over the 2015 average price per square foot of $586.70. In 2016 it took an average of 86 days to sell a condo at Spring which is above the overall downtown Austin average of 60.

In 2015 only 28 of the 246 condos changed hands, up slightly from 2014.  In 2014 a couple of the big 3 bedroom condos sold, but in 2015 the largest one to sell was a 2 bedroom 3 bath unit for $890,000.  Most of what sold in 2015 were the small 1/1 units which mostly sold in the $300,000's based on floor and view.  Overall the sold price per square foot in 2015 was $586.70 which was almost exactly what it was in 2014 ($587.05).  Want to know what your Spring Condo is worth?
