The Metropolitan

About the Building

The Metropolitan was built Downtown in 1911 first as a financial institution building and was converted to residential condos in 1996 when it underwent a complete renovation. It stands 16 stories and is at the heart of Downtown. The condos have a lot of old charm but still have the modern look of lofts with exposed ducts and beams.
