About the Building

Harrison is an urban residence in downtown Portland that brings three high-rise condominium towers together with spectacular views of the surrounding skyline. All three buildings are over 20 stories tall and feature great views of the Willamette River and Mt. Hood. Originally built as apartments in 1965, the buildings were converted to condominium homes between 2005 - 2006.  Harrison is conveniently located on the Streetcar Line

How many units in both of the towers? Here in the South Waterfront we are adding population to try to get a grocery store in the area

Very interested in purchasing a condo in one of the Harrison building that has in unit laundry.
Was told that they are only in the top three of four flours.

The bathrooms are really tiny. There is no laundry in the units.

None of the units has laundry, except the penthouses. The laundry facilities in the basement are actually quite adequate. Units at the Harrison tend to be efficiently laid out, with little wasted space ... yes, the bathrooms tend to be small, but also have everything one needs.

We are considering purchasing one of the condo's available for sale. I saw on the internet that the apartments for rent at the Harrison have access to some very nice amenities (simulator golf, dog wash, billiards room). Are these amenities available for use for the owners of the condos?
