Designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott, the Artech is a nine-story, luxury condo building that resembles a gleaming cruise ship. There are 235 modern condos that offer Italian cabinetry, wood or marble flooring, stainless steel accents, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-enclosed terraces. Designer finishes include vessel sinks, brushed nickel fixtures and marble vanities. Several floor plans are available at Artech ranging from studios with 779 square feet to three-bedroom homes with 2,096 square feet. All condos have touch-screen monitors with smart-home features that also access the development's concierge service.
