The Wilshire House sits on the north side of Wilshire with wraparound balconies on every floor. It is 21 stories high and has only 65 units. Itʼs lobby opens to a waterfall and it has great service and is among the top 10 buildings in Los Angeles. The upper units have private elevator access (only three and the upper half of another existing buildings offer this feature). It was built in 1982 and was the first of the great buildings on the corridor and remains a very exclusive residence.
