Marina Del Rey Condos

Marina Del Rey is home to one of the largest man-made small boat harbors in the United States, which serves as a strong draw for the area. In addition, it offers a more relaxed pace of life compared to the rest of the Westside, while still providing close proximity to employment and retail offerings in West LA, Santa Monica, and Venice. For those who travel frequently, LAX is less than 15 minutes away. 

Most of the condominiums in the Marina area sit on land that is in the City of Los Angeles. The one exception is the Marina City Club which sits on leased land in the County of Los Angeles. Luxury oceanfront high-rise living can be found in Azzurra, Cove, and Regatta. An emerging loft district can be found further inland on Glencoe and Redwood Avenues and includes buildings such as Element.
