Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of city life, on the edge of the river and just South of downtown, you will find one of my favorite neighborhoods. One of Cleveland’s oldest and most dynamic areas, Tremont is home to only about 5,000 residents but countless galleries, boutiques, unique privately owned businesses and eclectic restaurants and pubs. Centered around Lincoln Park, visitors and residents alike, marvel at Tremont’s complimentary mix of old and new world architecture. The park is also home to many art walks, parades and festivals throughout the year.
In recent years, like many areas in Cleveland, new construction projects have began springing up in and around Tremont. Due to the limited space and high demand for the area, projects are selected carefully and are typically priced in the upper 200ks and up. Like Ohio City, you won’t find any high-rises in Tremont. Most new construction consists of small condominiums and townhouses like Clarence Court. If you can afford it and this lifestyle sounds like your style, I definitely recommend taking a look at Tremont.
