East Fourth Street Condos & Lofts
Quickly emerging as one of Cleveland’s newest and most exciting districts for food, arts, and entertainment, is The East Fourth Neighborhood. Experience urban living at its best! Located in the center of Cleveland’s urban renaissance, East Fourth Neighborhood offers prime urban living space just steps away from some of Cleveland’s finest entertainment and dining options. East Fourth is home to well known entertainment venues such as the House Of Blues, Corner Alley, and Pickwick and Frolic. After a show take your pick from restaurants such as (Iron Chef Michael Simon's) Lola, Flanneries Pub, La Strada World Café or Zocalo Mexican Grill.
Whether you love the Arts, bright lights and entertainment, or simply East Fourth’s convenient proximity to downtown, it is a wonderful place to call home and one of Cleveland’s most booming hotspots!
If you truly like to live where the action is, you have a few options directly on the strip. Sincere Building on the corner of East 4th and Prospect boasts some spectacular spaces with walls of windows and some terrific views. Your other option would be directly over the Wonder Bar in the middle of the strip in the East 4th Lofts. The pluses to these two options are obvious, the minuses would be the price (mid $300ks-upper $400ks) and the parking (no underground/attached).
If you would prefer something close but not too close, I could show you The Pointe at Gateway, a couple blocks away on Prospect, or The Park Building on Public Square.
Now that Euclid Avenue and The Euclid Corridor are finally complete, this area is not only fun but very accessible and I see no reason why the area won't continue to flourish.
