About the Building

Battery Park continues to be one of Cleveland's fastest selling home options. About Battery Park

I drove through your neighborhood while looking to go to Edgewater park by mistake, and was surprised to see how nice the neighborhood looks. What I saw as lacking was activity of people walking, eating in cafes, shopping, smells of food and or pastries. I have seen a lot of growth in other cities around the country, but in Cleveland the little I have seen , and the difference between the other places and this city is that there seems to be a lack of a completeness in
Cleveland developments. I don't know if it is because of city ordinances or what. I suggested to the developer of Steelyard that living spaces would help that area and soon after the Plain Dealer published a survey for people to give their opinions on the matter and I never saw the results, but if you have people living within walking distance of goods and services that automatically makes for convenience to the people, and better business for the businesses.
