Battery Park Condos

Situated on a bluff overlooking Edgewater Park, the site affords excellent views of Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. The development project involves extending the grid of the existing neighborhood, with West 76th Street and West 73rd Street acting as the project's eastern and western borders.

This development has been selling very well in recent months.  The vision seems to be clear for the eventual product and the inventory is truly unique.  Each phase is different than the next as to avoid competition for future sales.  In addition, the value and draw to Battery Park seems to be three-fold:

  1. The Lake Access
  2. The Theater District

Battery Park is Cleveland's only lake community of this scale.  The city has plans to create a boardwalk and 35 MPH boulevard along it's Northern boarder, which is now Route 2, including direct lake access for the neighborhood.

Construction has commenced in turning the Southern boarder of Battery Park, along Detroit, into a pedestrian friendly theater district by burying power lines, expanding the sidewalks and renovating the existing area performance venues.
