Charlotte Third Ward Condos

Center City's Third Ward is where you'll find Gateway Village which is one of North Carolina's largest mixed-use developments with office, shops, restaurants, and over 500 housing units.   Multiple condominium high rise towers have begun or are ready to begin construction in the Third Ward.  Plans are also underway to construct a $200 million transportation hub along the Norfolk-Southern Railway.  Gateway Station will be completed in 2010.
