Fenway/Kenmore Condos
This neighborhood consists almost entirely of five- to six-story walkup apartment buildings with rare, small, independently-owned shops scattered throughout. Although more real estate projects such as Trilogy, a new high-rise rental apartment building, are beginning to appear in the Fenway area. The Fenway-Kenmore area is home to Fenway Park where the Red Sox play, the famous Citgo Sign, Kenmore Square, Berklee College of Music, Northeastern University, and portions of Boston University. Fenway is one of the last middle class neighborhoods left in downtown Boston and living here puts you well within walking distance of some of Boston's best known restaurants, museums, parks, theaters, and night life.
