The Smith-Carrier Building

Also referred to as the Old Penney's Building, the Smith-Carrier Building was built in 1926 and was originally a Denton's Department Store, then a J.C. Penney's in the mid 30's, and finally residential condos in 2002. The Smith-Carrier Building offers a community roof deck, hardwood floors,  and nearby parking.
