Oceanwide Plaza Residences

About Oceanwide Plaza Residences

Oceanwide Plaza is rising!  When complete, Oceanwide Plaza will remake the DTLA skyline and have a huge impact as one of the most significant mixed-use developments in the history of the city.  Among the three towers you will find a five-star Park Hyatt Hotel, curated retailers, the city's finest dining options and exclusive luxury residences.  The fortunate residents of Oceanwide Plaza will enjoy access to a rooftop garden and pool unlike anything else on the market.  The adjacent seven-story "lifestyle podium" will contain an open-air galleria that will bring the finest shops to downtown LA.  Oceanwide Plaza is scheduled to open in 2019 and will offer one, two, three and four-bedroom residences for sale.

WHY?

Beata Mandell - May 7th, 2019

Oceanwide said in a statement Jan. 24 that the holdup was due to a recapitalization of the project and that work would resume. (However no date has been specified). Work is still stalled and from the looks of it the project is on hold till they figure out their financial position.
