**The Civic** is a 2007 [LEED Gold](http://leed.usgbc.org/leed.html) building with many luxurious features usually found in buildings at a much higher price point. Most units at the Civic have hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and floor to ceiling windows. You'll find the MAX Light Rail and [Providence Park](https://www.timbers.com/providencepark/) right next door, as well as many other downtown Portland shops and restaurants.  The Civic is also a good building for condo investors as there is no rental cap.  There aren't many resident amenities at the Civic, but there is a 24/7 front desk attendant.
