McGregor Square

Located across from Coors Field, McGregor Square is a new mixed-use development in Lower Downtown. McGregor Square is scheduled for completion in 2021 and will be home to 103 condominiums, a luxury 176-room hotel, 70,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and over 200,000 square feet of office space. The space will also have an approximately 28,000 square foot open air plaza and a Colorado Rockie's Hall of Fame.
