Will a new high-rise residency be coming to midtown Atlanta?
Reported in curbed and biznow are rumors of Trivoli Properties, who bought the one acre lot off 13th Street near Jupiter for $6M, could now be moving forward with partnerships to bring a new apartment building to Atlanta. Rumored to be involved in the partnerships are Cushman & Wakefield who would be raising the equity for the project and yoo who has built luxury condos internationally.
In the United States yoo is behind the Icon Brickell Towers and The Icon South Beach in Miami, Paris Landing and D4 in Boston and three buildings in New York including the Dwell 95,The Jade and the Gramercy. It seems yoo likes to work on more than one project in cities they explore. Could they have a few high-rises in mind for Atlanta? The yoo team is a partnership between Property Entrepreneur John Hitchcock and world renowned designer Philippe Starck. John Hickcock describes his vision of yoo, “What we are really trying to do is to build a home, a place, a community, a home where people are happy.”
