The Infinity Adds a Surprise to the Menu

You can add contemporary American cuisine to the long list of amenities offered at what is sure to be one of San Francisco's finest addresses: The Infinity. The celebrated culinary team of Nancy Oakes, Pamela Mazzola and Ravi Kapur, with partners Kathy King and Richard Miyashiro-best known for their work at the eminent San Francisco restaurant Boulevard-will open a new restaurant in The Infinity.

Sure to attract foodies from San Francisco and beyond, the restaurant will offer fine dining in a comfortable atmosphere. For chefs Oakes, Mazzola and Kapur and Boulevard general manager King, The Infinity project represents their first endeavor beyond the Boulevard concept, which has received near universal acclaim, as well as a Michelin star.

Set to open its doors in the fall of 2008, the sleek new restaurant will be a perfect complement to the distinctive, modern style of The Infinity itself, while still providing a warm, welcoming space that Infinity residents can view as their second dining room.

"Boulevard has been among the greats of the San Francisco and national culinary scene for more than a decade," said Carl Shannon, Managing Director of The Infinity developer Tishman Speyer. "This new restaurant from the team behind its remarkable success will play a major role in creating the vibrant urban community that has always been at the core of our vision for The Infinity and for the surrounding neighborhood."

Beyond being a great place to dine, The Infinity is first and foremost a great place to live - a block from the Embarcadero and close to everything that makes San Francisco so exciting.
