The Infinity - The Height of Luxury

Phase 1 of The Infinity is near completion - the Main Street tower, Main Street mid-rise and Spear Street mid-rise homes will be ready for occupancy beginning this year. If you've visited our Sales & Design Center lately you know how far we've come.

  • The center courtyard is being paved and planted with Japanese Maples and Honey Locust trees.
  • The 75-foot, competition length lap pool is near completion; craftsmen are putting the finishing touches on the spectacular mosaic mural that highlights this space.
  • Work is progressing on the community's other resident-only amenities - the fitness center, club lounge, business center and private screening room.

The neighborhood is growing as well with the announcement of a new restaurant in The Infinity from the culinary team at Boulevard. For chefs Oakes, Mazzola and Kapur and Boulevard general manager King, The Infinity project represents their first endeavor beyond the Boulevard concept, which has received near universal acclaim, as well as a Michelin star. Two unique new restaurants inspired by their waterfront setting along the Embarcadero, are scheduled to open in early 2008 a block away from The Infinity at the Embarcadero and Folsom Street. EPIC Roasthouse, under the direction of Chef Jan Birnbaum and Waterbar, a seafood-oriented restaurant run by Chef Mark Franz will sit at opposite ends of an outdoor plaza that is sure to be a favorite destination for the neighborhood.
