New York Times names Nashville the Nation's "it" City

We just had to share some great news.  The New York Times named Nashville the "it" city in the January 8th article "Nashville's Latest Big Hit Could Be the City Itself". The writer contributes it to the Mayor Karl Dean in his second term.  Mayor Dean gambled on the most expensive project in Nashville's history, the Downtown Convention Center Complex costing more than $623 million.  Combining this with the music and young vibrant population arriving in Nashville, there is a fresh vibe to this classic city.  Nashville also recently ranked the top five cities for job growth by Gallop.  All these factors make Nashville a great city to buy a home in.  You can even find several highrise condos for under 200,000.  With real estate closings up 28 percent over the previous year, the time to act is now!
