News just released is the possibility of a new high rise “Dakota Place” to be built in Downtown Fargo. The $125M dollar building is planned to be built on Broadway between Second and Third Avenues North. Doug Burgum of Kilburn Group is designing an ultra modern high rise with mixed uses including parking, retail, office, hotel and luxury condos. Although the project is still in the planning phase, Burgum says they are only three city commissioners away from approval. If constructed, it will be the tallest building in North Dakota with 23 stories and about 352 feet tall. Highrises.com will follow this story to see if we have new high-rise condos to add to North Dakota.
