The view from the roof of my Magnolia Green townhome in the Near Southside
Not many years ago Fort Worthians avoided the near Southside except for a handful of popular restaurants along Magnolia Boulevard and the jobs of thousands of medical professionals there was little to attract the general public. However, with the birth of Fort Worth's new urbanism wonderful housing opportunities are springing up and new businesses and homeowners are moving in. A true urban village is emerging with numerous dining, shopping and recreational activities.
I live in one of the newest developments, Magnolia Green. I enjoy walking to Paris Coffee Shop for breakfast, Lilli's Bistro for lunch and enjoying the city views and sunsets from the 360 degree views of my private roof deck. Because the neighborhood is still experiencing "revitalization" there are many wonderful, and affordable, housing options springing up.

One that I am particularly excited about is Oleander Place. They will offer seventeen 3-story townhomes ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to over 2,700 square feet. Look for more information on these townhomes on our site in the future.
