The Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival, a four-day festival dedicated to celebrating everything about Fort Worth’s local culinary traditions, begins March 31. With multiple events happening all over town, there’s something for every taste.
Now in its third year, the festival boasts six varied events to excite Fort Worth foodies. With events including the BBQ Showdown at Will Rogers Memorial Center kicking off the weekend, the Burgers, Brews & Blues party at Clearfork’s Heart of the Ranch, the Family Sunday Funday picnic at Panther Island, and the Main Event Grand Tasting at the Pier 1 Imports Building, there’s no shortage of ways to tempt your taste buds. With area chefs, restauranteurs, caterers, craft brewers and more providing the food and drink, the weekend is one giant celebration of Fort Worth’s culinary scene.
And even better, profits from the festival benefit the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the local culinary community through grants and scholarships. So not only do visitors get to experience the best food and drink the city has to offer, they’re helping the Fort Worth culinary scene to grow.
