Neighborhoods are the personality of the people who live in them. Who are you and what is the personality of your neighborhood? Are you Curtis Park, The Highlands, Wash Park, Park Hill, Five Points, Sunnyside, Uptown...the list goes on! Show the world your personality through your neighborhood.
Enter a photo, video or both displaying what community means to you and why you chose your neighborhood to live in. The winner will win $200 to their favorite local restaurant of choice!
Winner is chosen by a fan vote so the more friends you share it with the better your chances of winning! Contest rules are:

-The deadline for submission is August 31st, 2011.
-The winner will win a $200 gift certificate to their favorite local restaurant.
-To submit your photo go to www.facebook.com/urbandenverrealtor and like my business page. Then upload your  photo and/or video on the wall.
-One photo and one video can be entered per individual per week.
-Each week the one photo and the one video with the most likes will continue on to the final drawing.
-On September 1st, 2011, the winning videos and photos from each week will be posted for a final fan vote.
-Voting ends September 8th, 2011, and the winner will be announced September 9th, 2011, noon MST.
-The winner is picked solely on fan votes. To win suggest my page to your friends so they can vote for you!

My personal mission statement in life is to connect people. Real estate fulfills that vision by connecting people to their community through a home purchase. Our world has changed quite a bit over the past few years. Home ownership is not about the quick dollar. It is about the pride of owning something of your own and being a part of a greater community.
