There is also an extensive list of variations on the Blood & Sand for those who wish to explore the creative offspring of one amazing classic cocktail. The wine list was created with a focus on affordability and an emphasis on Old World varietals that don’t get much attention around these parts. Our cellar offers great variety and exciting choices, with many bottles in the $24 to $35 range that taste more like a $100 bottle.
Our chef, Chris Bork, has created a menu that is approachable, fun and sophisticated. He emphasizes high-quality ingredients, simply and elegantly prepared and sourced locally whenever possible.
