Considering Tremont?

If you love everything that Tremont has become known for i.e. the trendy restaurants and bars, the fancy boutiques, the many different kinds of historic churches and other beautiful buildings, and have considered living there but aren’t sure where to start, you may want to read on.

There is a new project that has just broken ground called Starkweather Place.  These attached townhomes start in the low $200,000s.  They have a few different layouts to choose from with all the upgrades you can afford if that is your thing.  In the low $200,000s you will get two bedrooms and about 1500 square feet but also a two car garage.  The first units should be ready in the next few months, if you look at the site now (Professor and Starkweather) you will see the shell of what will be.

This is a Sutton Builders project and if you are looking for something a bit more luxurious, a bit bigger, and a bit more established you can look down the road at the intersection of 5th and Literary where you will find another Sutton Builder’s project, Bergen Village.  Both Bergen and Starkweather offer the special financing and tax abatements and are built using environmentally friendly methods and materials, however, Bergen Village townhomes start in the low $300,000s and are bigger and much more luxurious.

If you are a Tremont fan, either of these projects are definitely worth looking into.
