In case you haven’t heard about Avis Magica, it is a skyscraper proposed for Miami. But unlike one of the many hotel or condos recently built, it is designed at an artificial ecosystem to showcase nature in the booming city. It includes a museum at ground level focusing on the natural wildlife of Miami, an outdoor stage and a 120 meter vertical aquarium which receives its water by pumping it in from the ocean. Perhaps the coolest part of the design is within the vertical peak where artificial clouds are stimulated within a series of vertical islands. Guests will take a ride through the aquarium, up through the clouds and to an observation deck.
Miami has had some incredible designs hit the city from the Porsche Tower where people can park their cars within their condos to The Jade Signature where balconies mimic the unpredictable curves of the ocean.
