With some pretty big planned high rise projects taking shape and once rundown neighborhoods becoming completely revitalized city with a growing number of foodies and restaurateurs starting to call Downtown Oakland home, the city has officially created its own stage for becoming one of California’s hottest, most sought-after real estate markets. 

Unlike other downtown cores, Downtown Oakland has it all - a neighborhood perfectly tailored to its own demographic of home buyers.

darin wrote: Your map of downtown Oakland is wildly inaccurate. The numbered buildings aren't even on the streets where their addresses are.
