Street Closures and Detours:

Critical Mass: Friday, January 29th @5:30 pm

  Due to Super Bowl 50 street closures and detours occurring in the same area as Critical Mass, motorists should be extra alert and cautious. When commuting during this time, be sure to look out for signs to direct you to detours.   As is custom on every last Friday of the month, the Critical Mass bicycle rise will begin at 5:30 PM on Friday, January 29th, 2016 at Justin Herman Plaza, then continue on a spontaneously-determined route.   Please use caution while driving near bicyclists. 2015 was a banner year for San Francisco Real Estate. The 4th Quarter median house sales price, at $1,250,000 is up about 11% from the 4th Quarter of 2014. The median Days on Market (DOM) figure remained relatively unchanged at 19 days, versus 23 in 2014. Yearly sales volume came to $7.15B, a five percent increase versus the previous year.
