The downtown condos at 429 North Pennsylvania Street have sold out with the final buyer purchasing in May 2013. This project hit the market six years ago when the housing market took a slam, but was able to bounce back with units selling between $400,000 to almost $3 million. The residents here enjoy floor to ceiling windows to view Legion Mall and have private balconies to relax and enjoy the sweet Indy lifestyle.
