Atlanta may soon be getting a large new addition, as developers are pitching three new towers to part of Midtown Atlanta’s skyline.  The project is slated to be built at the vacant “Symphony Center” in Midtown Atlanta.  Two out of the three towers would become two twin 46 floor towers of residences.  There is no concrete information if they will be for sale, however the proposals uses the word “apartments” which makes us assume they will all be for rent.  The other 56 floor tower would include 22 floors of a luxury hotel and thirty four floors of additional residences.

Our featured property of the week is a beautiful stately southern home on 1.1 acres in the prestigious Lobello Estates.  Located in North Dallas, this luxury estate is only a few blocks from Netherland Park where you can have a family picnic or have a relaxing morning fishing and enjoying the scenic views.

This traditional home was built by well known Dennis Mullinix in 2011 and has immaculate craftsmanship with no details overlooked.  Driving up to the home, you pull into the circular cobblestone driveway surrounded by green grass and many large trees.  The lush landscape creates a country escape from the buzz of the city.  Even beginning with the exterior the front of the house is impressive constructed with brick, rock and stone.
