Atlanta may soon be getting a large new addition, as developers are pitching three new towers to part of Midtown Atlanta’s skyline.  The project is slated to be built at the vacant “Symphony Center” in Midtown Atlanta.  Two out of the three towers would become two twin 46 floor towers of residences.  There is no concrete information if they will be for sale, however the proposals uses the word “apartments” which makes us assume they will all be for rent.  The other 56 floor tower would include 22 floors of a luxury hotel and thirty four floors of additional residences.  

The project will include:

  • 95,500 of retail or restaurant
  • 1,350 apartment units
  • 270 hotel rooms
  • 1,200 parking spaces

 New renderings for the Warriors’ Arena are released and now you are one of the first to get a sneak peak at what the new Warriors’ Arena will look like. (North America’s high rise condo specialists) is covering this story because there is talk that the Arena plans also will include high rise condos.  Not much has been revealed about the residential aspects, but new details have emerged for the main project which many people are calling Warriors’ Arena 3.0.


The Warriors’ Arena will be just south of the Bay Bridge in San Francisco.  A winding pathway surrounding the Arena will be open to the public and will have spectacular views of the Bay, the iconic bridge and panoramic views from fifty feet above sea level

The rumors are flying around that Google might be buying real estate in San Francisco for their next big play.  Google currently has 20,000 full time employees in 48 offices around the globe.  At Google’s current headquarters in Mountain View, employees receive amenities from oil changes to massage therapy.  Their current headquarters called the “Googleplex” consumes 2.9 million square feet and has sustainable design including solar panels, organic gardens and bikes to get around the facility.  

Google has done quite well in Mountain View over the last several years.  If Google moves to San Francisco, it could shake up the housing market in San Francisco quite considerably.  Although Google currently has an small office at 345 Spear Street, it

iStar Residential purchased 160 condos out of foreclosure in 2009 that were developed by Boca Developers. They leased nearly all of the units at the Oaks at Biscayne Landing, and are now ready to sell the units.  Strong buyer interest is expected.  Units are projected to start at $240,000 and sq footage ranges from 1,750-2,385. 

The twin tower development of 373 units was built to take advantage of the Atlantic Ocean views. It's located off Biscayne Blvd in North Miami.  The current HOA plans to add several amenities, including a security gate, tennis courts, pool and fitness center, and upgrades to the lobbies and building exteriors.
