Relocating to Vancouver?
When buying a condo, loft or home you need to have an intimate understanding of each area and building, or you need someone who does. This is why prudent home buyers call us for help when they are trying to narrow their search for homes for sale around the greater Vancouver area. Of course, it is not only our understanding of the city that makes us able to help buyers of Vancouver Condos. Our enthusiasm and love for the city is the cornerstone of our business, and we want to make sure that you're as satisfied with moving here as you could be.
About Vancouver Condo Living
Vancouver, the largest city in Western Canada and the third largest in the country, is one of the premiere condominium cities in the world. Because the population of Vancouver is continuously growing and the city center is relatively small, the only way to accommodate the growth was to build upwards. This has produced a tremendous variety in styles, heights and prices among the condominium buildings here.
A major and ongoing downtown condominium construction boom began in the late 1990s, financed in large part by a huge flow of capital from Hong Kong immigrants prior to the 1997 hand-over to China. High-rise residential developments from this period now dominate the Yaletown and Coal Harbour districts of the downtown peninsula, and also cluster around some of the SkyTrain stations on the east side of the city.
