Printers Lofts

Downtown Loft District | 1611 Locust St. | St. Louis | 63103

Looking for that true urban loft feel? Look no further than the Printer's Lofts. This development really helped propel the residential renaissance that Downtown St. Louis is now experiencing and was one of the fastest developments to ever sell completely out. This is a two building development where both buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places. The western building was formerly known as the Advertising or Mary Muffet building and was constructed in 1917 and the eastern building was called the Blackwell-Wielandy building which was constructed in 1907. These buildings originally housed many different printing companies and were home to two of the city's leading book and stationery firms. Now they have been transformed into beautiful residential loft spaces.

The floor plans range in size from 663 SF to 2,628 SF and have that true industrial raw loft design with every loft featuring exposed brick walls, large interior concrete columns, exposed spiral ductwork and sprinkler pipes, high ceilings from over 10 feet to almost 16 feet, polished concrete floors, gorgeous warehouse-style windows (with screens, rarely found within the loft district), large open floor plans with that open loft feel and modern finishes like 42-inch maple cabinetry, stainless steel GE Profile appliances, large kitchen islands with slide-in range and large and spacious bathrooms featuring 6-foot soaking tubs. The development itself boasts an on-site fitness room, two community party rooms, a gorgeous rooftop deck with some of the best arch views in all of downtown and secure underground private parking.
