Parkview Towers Condominiums

Parkview Towers will include approximately 11,300 square feet of new retail floor space on the ground floor of Tower Two; approximately 188 residential units in Towers One and Two, including approximately 5 live/work units in Tower One; and the creation of new commercial space in the rehabilitated First Church of Christ Scientist building. Tower One would be located on the northern portion of the site, adjacent to Devine Street . Tower Two would be located on the western portion of the site, adjacent to N. 1 st Street.
