Leslie Bauer
With over 10 years of experience as a seasoned entrepreneur, Leslie Bauer is widely recognized as a leader in the San Francisco condominium sales market. Armed with the deep conviction that the on-line buying community was underserved, Leslie spear-headed the introduction of Highrises.com to the San Francisco condo market. Her expertise include luxury condo/hotel sales, including The Residences at The Four Seasons and The St. Regis, as well as mid-rise complexes such as The Arterra and 200 Brannan. Leslie earned her business degree from the University of Maryland and her Masters in Fine Arts from San Francisco Art Institute. When Leslie is not assisting her clients, she enjoys spending time playing baseball with her son.
James Testa
Concentrating on the unique real estate market dynamics of the South of Market and South Beach neighborhoods of San Francisco, James enjoys an excellent reputation of market knowledge, pricing expertise, and negotiating acumen. Focusing on high-rise and mid-rise homes in San Francisco, James works tirelessly to create new standards in representing his clients with “white glove” service. His credentials include his Masters of Business Administration and 10 years of corporate management. In addition to expanding his real estate practice, James also has a passion for cooking and traveling.
